I am mildly surprised he is opposed to that kind of stuff. The bishop of Rochester is VERY liberal. You'd think he would be for more rights, considering he supports "abortion rights".
Oh I thought he was going to apologize for his neglect of orthodoxy and liturgical law. My bad. But on second thought perhaps those things are connected with what he did apologize for. That is worth some meditation.
