Composer needs Lyrics!

My real name is Jerald Franklin Archer. I have been a professional musician (principally a violinist) for over 25 years. I am also a composer. Most works that I have written are in the traditional Latin texts (Mass settings, Stabat Mater, Magnificat, etc.) and in the Baroque and Classical styles.

I am currently looking for original lyrics (in English) for use in my Catholic hymnal collection, which will also be in a traditional style. I am familiar with the idea that I could just set already known lyrics of hymns to a different setting, but have always thought I could never improve on the original, or would I even try.
