Default universal destination of goods, solidarity

- Universal destination of goods
- Solidarity

I read these two phrases in the catechism, but what do they really mean?
I'm not looking for the dictionary definition, but rather, what do they mean in the context of Church teaching and practice?

Thanks.

2402 ...The goods of creation are destinated for the whole human race.... Appropriation of property...should alllow for a natural solidarity to develop between men..

Also 2403 - Universal destination of goods remains primodial, even if the promotion of the common good requires respect for the rigth to private property and its exercise

#2408 ...7th commandment -- there is no theft if consent can be presumed or if refusal is contrary to reason and the universal destination of goods

#2452 "The good of creation are destined for the entire human race. The right to private property does not abolish the universal destination of goods."

#2494 "Society has a right to information based on truth, freedom, justice, and solidarity"

Also, 2495 - "Solidarity is a consequence of genuine and right communication and the free circulation of ideas that further knowledge and respect for others." Huh?

Finally, #2411 mentions "Commutative justice" and "distributive justice" ... ???

What does all of this really mean, in practical terms? In plain English?
