Is it likely that the next pope will crack-down on liturgical abuses? Will there actually be a reduction in liturgical abuses due to the next pope, or will it be business as always?
Don't know. Perhaps even if Herr Panzerkardinal gets elected, he won't rule with an iron hand. What John Paul II did was influence the young generation. In the US, seminarians are probably more conservative than bishops at this point.
