Default Creative Writing Game 12

Birds, Butterflies & Beasts
Creative Writing Game

OBJECT: To cooperatively compose a piece of writing that utilizes the birds, butterflies & beasts we love, admire and appreciate. Our focus will be zoological/biological/ecological, creative, humorous, inspiring, informative, religious, in praise of God--some of these, all of these, a mix of these... Let's be surprised at what develops!!!!!

THE RULES

1) You may submit a maximum of 2 words per entry. Participation is not limited--you may play/participate as many times as desired--however, you must have at least one entry (by another player/author) in between each of your entries. (That is, you can not submit immediately after your last entry, unless there is a submission by another person between one of your entries and your next entry.)

2) Numbers will count as one word. The number 9 will = one word. The number 100,000 will = one word. The number twenty zillion will = one word.

3) When two words make an object, such as peanut butter--the 2 words will count as one word--where, if leaving off the second word would change the meaning or intended definition of the first word.

4) You may change words from singular to plural, and vice versa--only in the entry previous to your own. For example, you may change mice to mouse, or gnat to gnats. You may not, however, go back beyond the entry previous to your own to make any changes.

5) You may change the tense (past, present, future) of verbs, only in the entry previous to your own. That is, you may change skip to skipped, or had to has, or will have, etc. Again, you can not go back and change anything beyond the last entry that is previous to your own.

6) FREE WORDS will include the words: the and a.

7) You may add punctuation. Punctuation is FREE and is encouraged!!! You may go back to any entries to add punctuation.

OK!!!! Are you ready to begin????

I, Marfran, will choose the first word(s) for our initial game. I will choose the words "He waddled".

And please COPY the previous submissions and add them to your own, so that we will have a cohesive, flowing piece!!!!!

He waddled

wetting wings,
willingly wiping
