Now that we have our new Pope, just wondering how everyone who participated feels about it. Did you find yourself blessed in any way? Do you plan to keep praying for 'your' Cardinals (obviously, those who adopted Ratzinger will, since praying for our Holy Father is something that we should always do)?
I felt pretty at peace in the space between the white smoke and bells and finding out who our Pope is. I wasn't Catholic the last time (I converted in '98), and I found it amazing to pray for the Cardinals and I'm going to credit everyone assisting them with our prayers for the quick conclusion to the conclave.
My Cardinals from my various lists: Audrys Cardinal Backis, Péter Cardinal Erdő, Henri Cardinal Schwery, Sergio Cardinal Sebastini, and Josip Cardinal Bozanic--I think I'd miss them if I quit praying for them now.
