Delete posts?

Is there any way to delete a post? I run a PHP board myself, and this appears to be disabled. Why?

There are tonnes of boards that run on PHP. This one is run by vBulletin. The software is more important on the language used.

But the q to the admins still remains.

You have up to 20 minutes to edit or delete your own post.
After this time limit only Moderators will be able edit or delete the message.
