Rudiger - the mods keep moving your threads to appropriate locations.
A thread on Scripture belongs in the section called 'Scripture' which is where it now resides.
The answer to "who'' is always the moderators. The answer to "where" can be found by using that "search" button at the top of your screen (between "new posts'' and "quick links"). The answer to "why" is that the subject of your posts belong in a certain section of the message board - where the moderator moved them.
