Default Nightmarish Face Seen in Iceland Volcano

I thought this was really fascinating that the Iceland volcano is exploding and basically shutting down Britain and many other parts of Europe, coming at a time when Europe, or at least certain persons there, seem to be at war with the Pope and are even threatening to throw the Holy Father in jail.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencete...een-above.html

As our Lord said to Paul when he was attacking the church, why do you persecute me?

"The spread of volcanic ash prompted authorities in the UK, Ireland, France, and Scandinavia to close airspace over their countries. The airspace closure had a ripple effect, disrupting flights all over the world.

Unlike the soft, fluffy material that results from burned vegetation, volcanic ash consists of tiny jagged particles of rock. Once sucked into an aeroplane’s turbines, the abrasive material can easily cause engine failure, but an aircraft’s weather radar can’t spot the ash because it is dry.

It is not known how long the airspace closures will last because it depends on how long the volcano continues to erupt as well as wind direction."

This volcano could even lead to a more serious eruption:

"Experts fear that the current eruption could trigger a much larger explosion of nearby Mount Katla.
Katla is described as 'enormously powerful', and because it lies under a glacier its eruption would cause a huge glacial outburst flood and could spread its shadow over a much larger area."

Is Europe, and by extension, the rest of the world being warned? What will actually happen if they do actually arrest the Pope? Or is this a mere coincidence?

We are certainly in deep spiritual darkness in our world, maybe we're headed for physical darkness as well.

My wife and I have noticed that there are a lot of large earth quakes lately and now this. We just look at each other and say, "Hmmmm I wonder why?". But like they say:

For those who believe, no explanation is needed. For those who do not believe, no explanation is possible.

Something is happening. The persecution of the Church has just begun and some Judas' amongst us have sold the Body of Christ for 30 pieces of silver-clerical sin. We'll see how many are Faithful Catholics during this process.Prepare to be martyred emotionally, socially and perhaps physically. We have been in the end days for 2000 years and nobody will know when He will return as He went, but something is happening.

I personally believe the third secret of Fatima to about Pope Benedict not what happened to John-Paul the Great."The Holy Father will have much to suffer".And before I'm jumped on all over--belief in Fatima and the Church's interpretation let alone Lucy's is optional for all Catholics.I happen to believe in ALL Church approved Marian Apparitions but the presentation of the third secret is subjective and not infallibly conclusive.

Make sure that you and your families are part of the Remnant.

It does look freaky!

It's just shadows and light hitting the camera lens just right. You can manipulate light and angles to make it look scary, just like the face on mars.

The whole increase in natural disasters, economic turmoil, political divides, wars (rumor of wars), church scandal..it's making everyone on edge..
A lot of people think somethings gonna happen soon it seems

PRAYER FOR POPE BENEDICT XVI
Lord, source of eternal life and truth,
give to your shepherd, Benedict, a spirit
of courage and right judgment, a spirit
of knowledge and love. By governing
with fidelity those entrusted to his care,
may he, as successor to the Apostle
Peter and Vicar of Christ, build your
Church into a sacrament of unity, love
and peace for all the world. Amen.
V/ Let us pray for Benedict, the pope.
R/ May the Lord preserve him,
give him a long life,
make him blessed upon the earth,
and not hand him over
to the power of his enemies.
V/ May your hand
be upon your holy servant.
R/ And upon your son,
whom you have anointed.
Our Father… Hail Mary… Glory Be…
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
In Solidarity With Our Holy Father

True, but I should have been clearer in mentioning that they were occurring in more populated area (the ones causing all the death and destruction). That was actually my point.

I'm sorry. The Church is immersed in a molestation scandal and coverup and you think that God is punishing the people who are upset over this with earthquakes and volcanic eruptions?

Yesterday was warm and sunny here. I can't help but wonder if this is God's way of validating the accusations against the Pope.

If you look at smoke and/or clouds long enough, you can see anything you want. Maybe the tooth fairy?

OK, so we have earthquakes and volcanos. We have always had earthquakes and volcanos. Does this mean that...GASP...it is Revelations time?

Probably not. But some people are always looking for some indication that the End Times are here. The New Age nonsence of the year 2012 is typical, and neither the first nor the last that this date or that date is the start of the end times.

For example, you have probably already forgotten all the big worries people had about 666, the sixth day of the sixth month of the year 2006.

Be skeptical. Be very skeptical

I'm sorry but if you don't like what we are posting on here then find a non-Catholic forum rather than make remarks about our Pope on a Catholic Forum.

I never said it was end times. It was just a statement for conversation. That being said, be skeptical of skeptics.

The church is the only organization that is being crucified for society's ills. Molestation of children is much higher in many other sectors than in the Catholic church. I am not defending any abuse of children. I am looking at this for what it really is, and that is more than you can say for our media. They don't tell the whole truth!

This is absolutely true. Why is only the Catholic Church being targeted, as if only the church has this problem, when as you say, it is must higher in other sectors, including among Protestant ministers. The answer is quite simple - the Catholic Church threatens the agenda of the seculuar world - abortion, gay "rights", euthanasia, artifical birth control, etc. And of course, the Catholic church has always been the #1 enemy on the list of socialists.

The entire earth seems be erupting, and I, for one, don't believe for an instant that it is a concidence. I believe that the more they go after the Church, and specifically the Holy Father, the more eruptions of all kinds you will see around the earth. There is a definite battle between good and evil occurring, and we are right in the middle of it.
