Catholic Vegetarians Twittering?

I recently set up a Twitter account and was wondering if anyone here knows of a Catholic vegetarian who writes good tweets. It's very relaxing for me at the end of the day to read tweets of my greatest interests.

I am a cradle Catholic with no "born again" tale; I've always been close to the Church. I came to vegetarianism via a love of animals and probably via the yoga classes I always took in college (as a brain break, deliberately sandwiched between heavy academic classes). I've kept up with the yoga and have heard dozens of other yogis tell the same thing: how doing yoga eventually and very unconsciously led them to vegetarianism.
BTW, yoga is very conducive to an enhancement of Catholic spirituality!
