Are you a lark (morning person) or an owl (night person)? I am NOT a morning lark.
Does it make a difference when we are trying to get fit? I wonder if the larks have more energy overall than the owls. I don't sleep well either, myself, but surely other owls are able to get enough sleep... Anyway, what do you think? Which one are you? Do you have trouble fitting exercise into your schedule due to this issue? Finding motivation? Mainly for owls, but may apply to larks too -- when you are doing well with your exercise program is it easier to get up in the morning and easier to motivate to exercise? In the poll above, you may check more than one box.

Now that it's winter and the days are short, I'm bumping this.
