Default What does a vegan do on vegetarian Fridays?

I have recently become a vegan for health reasons and am very happy with my decision. During a recent discussion with a family member, the topic of vegetarian Fridays came up and I became confused. As a vegan, are my obligations met or should I be sacrificing something else on Fridays as well? If so, what is a proper substitution for this sacrifice?

I assume you are referring to Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and the Fridays of Lent, during which Catholics are required to abstain from meat. You don't have to do anything more than what you're already doing, but if you want a true sacrifice that will not break the Lenten abstinence requirement -- and assuming that it won't literally damage your health to do so -- you could give up veganism for those days and eat a dairy or egg product.
