Teaching about the Sacraments to a Non-Catholic

I am dating a non-catholic. We will undoubtably get married some day, I am wondering where I can find on-line information about the requirements for recieving the Sacraments. I want to make sure she understands fully what to expect so there are no surprises. This will be for our future kids.

Look in the Catholic Answers library and get an actual copy of the Catholic Catechism of the Catholic Church as well as looking at an online version.

In the most sincere way, I encourage you not to marry this woman. Having been a Catholic married to a Protestant/unchurched spouse, I can tell you LOVE IS NOT ENOUGH TO COVER THIS PROBLEM. My faith was strong when we married but it really bloomed when we were expecting our first child. You cannot thoroughly understand how divided you truly are until only one of you is kneeling to pray the Rosary with your child, until only one of you is taking the child to Mass, until only one of you is truly trying to pass on the True Faith to your child. We now have three children. I pray every day for my spouse's conversion, but it is rough going in the meantime. Your faith will become of paramount importance to you when your children are born. Faith is the only thing that will carry on and on after your death through your children. You don't want to endanger that. Postpone your engagement until your fiancee converts, or please decide to go through the pain of separating and finding a more suitable Catholic spouse. Perhaps that seems incomprehensible, but believe me, you will not regret having a "house united." If you do decide to go through with this, catechismclass.com is a good choice.

Scott Hahn's new book, "Swear to God: The Promise and Power of the Sacraments" would be a good read for you, and the information therein might be a good way to introduce the concept of Catholic sacraments to your girlfriend.
