LifeSiteNews. It's interesting to see the genesis of the whole thing. It began with NARAL's call to action:

So the pro-lifers said, if you want a face for your campaign, you got it! Here's a bunch of pictures of those who cannot hold a sign for themeselves.
In looking at NARAL's website, I see they've adjusted their campaign to asking people to email pictures directly to them (no doubt so they can have direct control over which images they use).
I'm sure NARAL will never make that mistake again!
