I was trying to record a tv show on Ewtn and there was this show on about him. I had no idea who this Saint was and wondered why I never I heard of him, with his hands dripping with blood and all as he celebrated Mass.

It was during a time that I was praying for a family member to be healed and freed from addiction. Little did I know that God would answer my prayers but it would be me that would be healed. 5 months later, I walked into the confessional, with much prompting from the Holy Spirit, and celebrated my own freedom and it would be me that God would pour out His grace and heal me after being away from the Sacrament of Confession for many years.

It was then I understood His Sacred Words, "I tell you, in just the same way there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous people who have no need of repentance."

I remember having to pull over to the side of the road on the way home and wept tears like never before. So happy. Thank you God for your Priests who You gave the power to absolve our sins on our souls.

Psalm 51:9
Cleanse me with hyssop,* that I may be pure;
wash me, and I will be whiter than snow

Smile Re: Tell "your" Padre Pio story

Padre Pio appeared to me on 12.6.2003. He appeared in a dream and blessed me. I then found spontaneously a way on which I could well get through a difficult time. Padre Pio told me: "Heal yourself. You will get all the help you need."
