You know, I'd imagine, that Canon Law as well as the Catechism of the Catholic Church are available in full online. There are also other Vatican documents that are guidelines to 'ceremonial' or liturgical issues which you should be able to find online to check in assessing the book
I googled "Vatican documents regarding Liturgy" and found a lot of sites listed
God bless you.

The Liturgy and Sacraments Forum is where'll I'll post then. That is the Forum where I'm usually to be found. I didn't think of posting there because the book is neither about the sacraments or other liturgy.
The Code of Canon Law and the Catechism of the Catholic Church are both available on the Internet. The book is not about ecclesiastical law nor about faith or morals. These resources would be of no assistance.
There are a number of documents about non-liturgical dress for the clergy, precedence and related issues. I already know of these documents, most of which were issued during the reign of Paul VI Pp in the late sixties following the Second Vatican Council. They are also reproduced as appendices in the book of which I speak. They do not actually help.
Anyway, now I know I can post in that forum I will.
Thank you!
