When a Catholic school teacher signs his/her contract that says they will live and uphold Catholic teachings, they in fact should uphold Catholic teachings.
If they don't, they should be let go.
Why do you think parents pay tuition to the Catholic school? They are expecting a higher standard than their other options. If the Catholic school does not enforce the higher standard, why would anyone pay extra money to send their child there?
