The Acta of John Paul II

Dear forum members,

(i'm from a foreign country, Holland, so please be patient with my language skills

)

I have a question about the beatification procedure of pope John Paul II. Are the so-called 'acta', the findings of the theological inquiry, a part of the public domain or are they secret?
