suggesting/asking about a moratorium or ban
eh...that's not a very good title but I couldn't think of a better one.
Anyway, if I wanted to talk to the mod about a particular topic that I think gets out of hand a lot/bothers me, should I write it here, or PM him/her?
Not necessarily that it should be banned, but maybe have guidelines posted?
