My son actually did set the sweet potato casserole on fire on Christmas Day!
I brought it from my house and the marshmallows needed to be melted while the dish re-heated in the oven. He has a gas oven and got it too close to the flame. Fortunately, he caught it fairly quickly, but some of the marshmallows were a bit, well, burnt.

Well.....yeah. Never heard of anyone using OJ and heat simultaneously and with each other before. Weird.

I baked our Cornish hens in orange juice this year - they were delicious!

(We always have Cornish hens when we are on our own for Christmas. Everyone else is either out of town, or dead, this year.)
