Rubio Senate Bill Would Repeal Obama Anti-Conscience Mandate
Rubio Senate Bill Would Repeal Obama Anti-Conscience Mandate
Senator Marco Rubio, a Florida Republican, has filed legislation in the Senate to repeal a new ObamaCare mandate that violates the religious liberties and conscience rights of faith-based institutions by forcing them to offer employees insurance coverage for contraceptives, birth control or drugs that can cause abortions.

It will be interesting to see if it makes it off of Harry Reid's desk.

That is my question. I will call my Senator and ask that he sign it but I can tell you now there is no way he will. He's a Democrat and very pro abortion. We have had a couple of back and forth emails in this regard. Heck, now that I think about it, I wonder if he was one of the Senators that wrote to the CEO of the Susan Koman Foundation in "protest" of their decision to defund Planned Parenthood. I am just wondering what the tone might be in a Senator's "protest" letter. Interesting developments.
