Default I can't post in "Ask an Apologist"??

Hi

I wanted to post a question in a thread in "Ask an Apologist" but I can't. I notice that when I'm logged in and viewing "Ask an Apologist", the following appears at the bottom of the screen:

This doesn't appear in other sub-forum so I presume I can post in these.

I'm sure I've posted in "Ask an Apologist" before so I'm not sure what the problem is. I hope someone can fix this, as there's something I really want to ask.

Regards

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

The Ask An Apologist forum (or AAA forum as we often call it) has unique rules which are unlike the other forums here at CAF. Reading through rules is kind of boring, and I tend to skip them, but in the case of AAA they really do need to be read
http://forums.catholic.com/showthread.php?t=4

The short of it is that we can submit a question to the staff apologists via the AAA subforum which is called "Ask Your Question Here." Questions are asked much like starting a new thread. However, unlike the other forums, your thread will not appear unless the apologists answer it. You just have to trust the forum software to work right.

Also worth noting is that not all questions submitted will be answered. However, the rules I linked to do mention alternative methods for getting an answer from the apologists.

I wouldn't worry about it too much...I ask questions all the time on the apologist forum, and they never get answered. I've pretty much given up...I just ask the rest of the forum elsewhere where appropriate.
