Default Re: Why would god allow the hurracaine to hit?

Why God allows anything bad to happen is one of life's greatest mysteries. We can be comforted by the promise God will bring good out of even an evil occurence for those who love Him. Do you love God? Then I beg of you to have faith in Him "who suffered ,died and was buried. Who on the third day rose from the dead, and ascended into Heaven." Sounds impossible doesn't it?
But it is real it happened! So , no matter how bad things may seem at the time, we must love Jesus, trust in Him! Expect miracles, ask for His mercy. Hurricane Katrina just may be an opportunity to love and trust more. Anybody can love and trust when everything is going fine. But one who loves Christs can face the challenge of trusting during difficult times.
