I would say.
The Vatican
Bethlehem
Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris
Lourdes, France
Fatima, Portugal

This is probaby not what you are looking for but these are the "places" I think every Catholic should visit
1) a) Saturday or Sunday Mass
b) Daily Mass
2) The Sacrament of Reconciliation
3) Eucharisitic Adoration
4) Giving your time and talents outside the Church too whether that maybe volunteering in a soup kitchen or saying a kind and meaningful word to someone even on CAF.

I was going to give the clever answer too....... especially because in the end, it's the true one. 
The only one on your lists I've been to is Notre Dame, and I must admit I can think of more inspiring Cathedrals - I was quite disappointed, actually..... all the hype makes it sound like the biggest cathedral ever, so when you actually get there, it seems tidgy! Nice stained glass at the back, though...

Walsingham and Knock, Westminster Cathedral and even Westminster Abbey. St Mary's Pro-Cathedral, St Michael's Cathedral in Toronto. Also, the Vatican of course!
To visit the sick and hungry as well.

Oh, actually, I've been to the Koln Dom as well, which is more impressive, if somewhat gloomy. Quite an impressive range of relics!

I think the OP takes it for granted (I know 'cos I've read his mind before you ask ) that we're going to Church, and visiting the sick and imprisoned etc.
It's a good question - what are some of the world's holiest Catholic places?
There's traditional places of pilgrimage and famous or historically significant churches, and places where there have been apparitions of various sorts (and there's places that SHOULD be Catholic, like Haggia Sofia in Instanbul/Constantinople).

Definately the Vatican and Notre Dame in Paris. I understand the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington DC is spectacular. I haven't been though do plan to visit the next time I am in the area.

Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral (I know it's Scouseland and full of kopites, but it is the seat of the Arch-diocese you belong to!)
St. Ambrose Barlow (Barlow Moor/Chorlton cum Hardy) - go pay a mini pilgrimage to the relic of St. Ambrose Barlow, a fellow Mancunian (Barlow Moor - get it?) who was hanged, drawn and quartered for his Catholic faith.

From places like Lindisfarne (Holy Island) Christianity spread once more into Europe after the Dark Ages.
Henry the fat and evil, sorry I mean Henry VIII burned down most of the fantastic Catholic Abbeys and he stole the Churches and Cathedrals and made them protestant.
Go see some of the Cathedral like York, Durham, even Manchester Cathedral, which were originally Catholic and get in touch with your Catholic ancestors who built these places!
Even Wythenshawe Hall was he scene of a minor battle, and the statue of Cromwell in front (if it's still there) is in the place where the cannon was that fired at the Hall. When that statue was put up in the seventies Catholics in the nearby parishes were really upset.
In London go to see Westminster Abbey - Catholic long before it was Anglican - and Westminster Cathedral, Brompton Oratory.
Go to the Tower of London and see where St. Thomas More was beheaded.
England has a wonderful Catholic past, don't ignore it if you live there!

As long as you're going to Paris, head south-west about 50 minutes to Chartres. The cathedral there is AMAZING. Best collection of stained glass in the world! Great condition!

I was going to say - I'd settle for every Catholic making it to Church every week at their local parish.
Other than that, I think every Catholic should visit heaven....
