"He Weeps" is one of the most depressing songs I have ever heard. What a downer. "If I Die Young" by Band Perry is actually *about* dying and that song's a ton more uplifting. I recall reading somewhere that the Band Perry are Christian, too, but they're marketed to country radio, not to "CCM."

Don't know if they have been mentioned as of yet and doubt they would be considered rap. . . but I got Kutless' new CD last weekend and love it!

Listen to Chris Tomlin, he makes some really good christian songs. My favorite song of his is "Our God"

Have you tried Mat Kearney. Nothing left to lose. some of his music is sort of white guy rap.
