Am not receiving instant E-mail notifications to subscribed threads

I am no longer receiving instant E-mail notifications to threads I have subscribed to. I checked my settings, they are the same as they have always been. I checked my E-mail settings--no changes to my computer. I reported this to the administrator, but have received no reply. There is also an error message when I try to read the answers to the Quick Questions Daily 5.

Any suggestions? This all seems to have occurred since last week.

Go in and reset your subscription settings and see if that fixes it.

This might be the problem. We used to get emails from:

serveradmin@forums.catholic.com

The other day it changed to this:

serveradmin@catholic.com

So my emails ended up in the Spam folder. I just moved them to the Inbox and added the new address to my contacts and everything is normal again. So, Carolyn, check your Spam folder.

Hi CB Catholic,

Emails to att.net are having trouble receiving emails from CAF. I'm actively working with them to get this resolved. In the meantime as a work-around, you can change your email address e.g. you could use gmail or yahoo.

I received an update from att; they say that you should be receiving the email in 24 to 48 hours. I expect the email notifications should arrive to your inbox late, but most (if not all) of the emails should be there.

Thank you. Today I did receive the E-mails, but they went into the spam folder. Nevertheless, that is progress!

The last email notification I received from CAF was on April 13. Something is definitely wrong.

I've made requests with your email service provider since they are blocking the email notifications.

The other alternative is for you to change your email address to one of the major email service providers such as gmail or yahoo.

Most people should be receiving email notifications as normal; if not I will contact the appropriate people to have them unblock the email notifications.

it seems like this problem has resurrected. I haven't been receiving email notifications for the past couple of days.

I'm receiving email notififications of private messages a day or two later or not at all. Sometimes it will send the initial notification after I open the pm...
