Default Which set of mysteries is your favorite one to pray?

I'm going to try making a poll. This is the question; Which set of mysteries is your favorite to pray, Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful, or Glorious?

I should have made that an option, I guess.

Robin......You got me to sit and contemplate on the mysteries. Even though I love them all, I would say that I am more, ( looking for the right word here ), absorbed, you might say,in the Glorious Mysteries .
Thank you..... I like it when people make my brain work.
Happy Easter Robintrinket, and Gods' peace to you.

James

I'd have to say that it comes down to both Joyful and Glorious. Other than that, I can't make a clear decission.

For me, it's a tough call between the Luminous and the Joyful mysteries. Contemplating these mysteries has been a particular source of support, peace & strength ever since I first started praying them.

It's the Joyful ones for me. They're just so beautiful. Than again, the Sorrowful mysteries are also very comforting to me.

I must be the cry baby of the group

I love the sorrowful mysteries most of all......

That would explain my being drawn to the passionists too I suppose

I like the Sorrowful Mysteries. It shows me how sinful I am and how loved I am. Deo Gratias!

Saint Gemma is my Patron Saint too.....

It seems I may have been right about being drawn to the sorrowful mysteries because of Passionist leanings

My favorite is the Glorious Mysteries. Sorrowful 2nd, Joyful 3rd, and catching on fast, the mysteries of light

Although I love and pray all of the mysteries, I find that the Sorrowful mystery helps inspire within me the most gratitude and humility when contemplating our Lord's sacrifice for us.

That being said, all of the mysteries inspire various qualities that are useful for me:
Joyful Mysteries - helps me to think of my role as a father, particularly when thinking about St. Joseph and his love and service of our Blessed Mother and Jesus.

Luminous Mysteries - helps me contemplate the living faith of the Sacraments and works of mercy.

Glorious Mysteries - reminds me of our mighty Lord's defeat of sin and death as well as our Blessed Mother's role in intercession for us.

The Rosary is so beautiful and so rich, that like Scripture and our Holy Mother Church, we can never exhaust the wisdom and graces that flow from it.

God bless,
Bryan

I love the Luminous -- most particularly the Wedding At Cana, because it reminds me that Jesus humbled himself to keep the 4th commandment of Honoring his Mother. He changed the water to wine at her request, yet Mary is human (which He clearly states by saying "Woman, what is this to Me?" not "Goddess, what is this to Me?" nor leaves us hanging in doubt by saying "Mother, what is this to Me?") It gives me hope when I ask her to intercede for me with her Son, which I think I can never do enough of, or show her enough gratitude for what she does that I have yet to figure out . . .
