Default Priests and Vow of Poverty

Do all Priests take the vow of poverty? If not, which ones do not?

I wonder because I read somewhere that secular diocesan Priests do not take this vow, and I thought they did.

- Thanks

Secular priests (diocisan priests) do not take vows at all. They make promises. They do not promise poverty and can own their own property unlike priests in religious communities who cannot.
