I'm sure this sort of things has gone on thru many administrations. And I doubt it is isolated to the Secret Service. The morals in this country have gone to heck. Rome fell under such conduct and we are well on the way. No longer is it considered an honor to be in the SS or any other such organization.

yes, i know there has to be a code of conduct, but, obviously no one is enforcing that they be followed. i don't need to do a google search thank you very much. it is common sense.

i remember rumors of the secret service agents out partying in dallas the night before kennedy was assasinated. of course, a lot of things were covered up during that administration.

Sorry, but you're the one who said it's disgraceful that there hadn't been rules set down. I'm glad to see you change your mind and say it's common sense to know that they DO have rules.

Very serious and very sad.
Issues of national security? I don't even want to go there.

A horrible breach for the wives and children.

Lessee...The ruckus started when one of the Secret Service guys refused to pay the prostitute. Just think... We would have never known about this security breach if the parties involved were from the Genderal Services Administration/GSA, who were papering the town with cash. May God make all of us citizens of high moral character and integrity and grant us leaders with high moral character and integrity.

Why should they? The SS must see that the administration has codes of conduct. Do they follow them? A lot of people there who "self-identify" as Christians, even Catholic, who are pro-abortion, and the Catholics receive Holy Communion, all of which is against codes of conduct.

------ see, ------ do.

Yep.

Allegations shine spotlight on Secret Service By the CNN Wire Staff
updated 10:43 PM EDT, Mon April 16, 2012

http://www.cnn.com/2012/04/16/us/sec...tml?hpt=hp_bn1

"The incident -- which allegedly occurred when agents and officers brought prostitutes to a hotel in Colombia -- violates strict behavior rules in an agency that aims to stay out of the spotlight, and usually succeeds, experts and officials said.

...

Dan Emmett, a former Secret Service agent, said such allegations have never surfaced before, arguing that this is "a very isolated type of incident."

"The president, since the beginning of the presidential protective division (of the Secret Service) in 1902, has been on hundreds and hundreds of overseas trips. Now, this is the first time anything like this has come up. ... In my 21-year career, this was certainly not the norm, and I think this is certainly out of the ordinary," Emmett said.

...

"Their job is to protect the president of the United States. They can't put themselves in a compromising position where they could be blackmailed or threatened," he said. "Nor should they bring prostitutes into a security zone 48 hours before the president of the United States is arriving."

Obama Secret Service agents 'bragged about jobs, squabbled over money'
Quote:
More sordid details emerged today about the night of partying that led to an investigation of US Secret Service agents and military service members who brought Colombian prostitutes to their hotel last week.

The 11 Secret Service agents under investigation visited the Pley Club brothel in Cartagena late last Wednesday night and bragged to prostitutes, saying, "We work for Obama" and "We're here to protect him," witnesses told ABC News.

But the night ended with a heated argument over the bill, and the altercation between the agents and the club spilled onto the streets and prompted a police response, witnesses said.

Senator Susan Collins, who was briefed on the incident by Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan, revealed in a statement that 11 agents and additional members of the military -- including US Marines -- brought up to 21 women back to their hotel.
What a class act.
