Conservative Republicans most likely of all Republicans to approve of Mitt Romney:

I think you are being hard on Romney. People change. I'm certainly a lot more conservative now than I was ten years ago. Romney is listening to what conservatives want and is promising to deliver.

Unfortunately Obama is not listening to conservatives at all, but spends a lot of time ridiculing them and calling them divisive.

We need a president who can stop this madness of spending ourselves into oblivion and I believe Mitt can do it.

I would have rather seen Rick Santorum as president. His time will come.

I'm enthusiastic for Romney.

Does Romeney really have enough delegates to win the nomination? Santorum will not give up his delegates. And his fight for Michigan delegates continues.. (The Rick Santorum) campaign appeals state GOP decision. Santorum has promised to continue the fight to get the conservative message out there.

No yet, but it sure looks like he will. If you take the delegates he has and look at the upcoming primaries, it's pretty evident.

No enthusiasm for Romney here.

I would rather have Santorum over Gingrich. Gingrich over Romney, and Romney over Obama.

I have no trouble supporting Mitt Romney as Obama is really that bad. I think Romney can help to energize the base if he chooses a good VP for them. Of course Rubio would be a great choice if Rubio agrees to it. I don't think Chris Christie would be one as he isn't as conservative as what the base would like.

Well, yes and no. Turnout is a huge factor. Voters need to vote! The desire of those who wish to see a change in the white house needs to turn into participation come election. Hopefully, enough liberals are disappointed enough with Obama that they will be apathetic and stay home.

So, I'm left with the choice between what I want for lunch, a elephant puck sandwich or a donkey puck sandwich and enticing me with the elephant puck sandwich because it comes with a free bag of chips.

The best I can do is, "I am enthusiastic for anything but Obama for 4 more years". Take it or leave it.

It worked when people said:
I am enthusiastic for anything but Carter for 4 more years".

The Reagan landslide wasn't predicted until just shortly before election day - until then it was a steady drum beat of "It's anyone's race - especially with John Anderson running". Once it was obvious to everyone the media outlets finally had to quit carrying the water so they didn't have to explain why their predictions were off by so much.
