Your posting reminded me of a true story--no bull! This lady was driving along a road and her car was wandering all over the road(worse than the lost sheep of Israel!) A highway patrol policeman gave chase and as his car got next to the offender;he worked out the reason that she was weaving all over the road--yes she was knitting with both hands.Everynow and then she adjusted the steering wheel with her knees!
So the policeman, turned on his loud sirens and he put on his warning lights and tried to pull the lady over to the side of the road. But she ignored all this; as she was engrossed with her knitting--finally he was able to wind down his passenger window and he spoke through his speakers and yelled out"PULL_OVER";the lady smiled at him, showing him her work piece and yelled out to the policeman "no,it is a jumper"(cardigan--in the States)!!--it was not you Granny by any chance--as Peggy drew you with knitting needles?-just wondering! --I saw someone like you in a Police Van being driven away, with your knitting all in knotts!

Talking about work----things are bad here ;as I just was told about a poor cross eyed teacher who was dismissed---the reason---she lost control of her pupils!
This morning I ate holy hard boiled eggs-----I left them of the stove too long and I boiled the hell out of them!!

Hello Karoleck, Reginator and Peggy in Burien . ,
You seem to be, still very competent in the class of upper lip colour, I could explain that english but i`m sure it`s not as confusing as the canadian wearing a bowler hat in a german bank stuffing his face with a bockwurst and a copy of the monty python saga , i`m sure you understand .
There were two gypsies and a monk, looking in a mirror___________ the monk looked away in disgust as the two gypsies continued to view, after about half an hour the glass cracked and the gypsies disapeared, an angel appeared in the room and bespoke if you know what`s good for you let ignorance be that of a monk, the monk bolted and the mirror was restored . ,
There is a moral there it`s just veiled in a different font . ,
Enjoy your time today young one`s . .

Re: Ignore This, Pretty Please, If You Know What's Good For You!
Me and my partner have had a deaf dog for over a 2 year`s now and of recently every time i go down stair`s or enter the front door she wakes up and look`s startled .
Now whether i pong or it`s just the vibration`s or she`s just scared of me, for i`m not really a dog whisperer of any kind nor do i pat her very much, i have no conclusion`s to as why her alertness to my presense is so apparent even though she is " absolutly deaf " .

Jolly good of you to give us this parable story on the moral consequences of Ignoring this!
As I understand this veiled life story is expanded like so---just in case others found your posting obscure and beyond them----but not this ignoramus(a person whose whole persona hangs around ignorance and---Ignorance is bliss--so THEY say!Anyway here is what your story basically meant to me.------
Preambe----A Monk lives in an enclosed community and mostly keeps away from the general public. He also has a vow normally of Stabitlity(which means he vows to stay in one place. He takes on vows of poverty, chastity and obedience;so basically he is on the road to strive to perfection.
The gipsies(two in this story--one of each sex--have the reputation of roaming around from place to place, they are observed by some to live a 'bohemian" immoral type of lifestyle.Whether they deserve this reputation is another story; but never-the -less that is the general public perception.
The body of the story---Now what the Monk had done was that instead of focusing on Christ,His Centre;he glanced into his "mirrow"--in other words on himself. The two "gypsies" that he saw when he looked into himself was the two devils--one was enticing him to go back into the world ;the other "gypsie"devil gave him a vision of "wine, woman and song'-----etc-----.Now , the Monk came to his senses and ignored these two gypsies(temptations) and within a half an hour of ignoring;the two gypsies turned on each other and their plot was shattered. The Monk then saw in a moment of grace, his guardian angel which restored to the Monk his peace of mind ,as he fled away from the temptation and the mirrow of his soul was boosted with grace for resisting the two gypsies.
Moral of this story is---Always focus of Christ, ignore the temptations of the evil one and flee from all evil!!--and maybe Ignore this please--if you know what is good for you!!
I hope I am not reading too much into this different font!!!
