Do we need to pray for soul of a deceased baby?
Today, my friend gave birth to her son, who was immediately baptized, then passed away less than 2 hours later. Emotional issues aside, do we have certainty that he is in Heaven? Is there any need to have Masses or other prayers for the repose of his soul? (of course, the family who is still here on earth needs lots of prayers and support.)
