Why is my post "pending until a moderator can review it"?
Why is my post "pending until a moderator can review it"? Have I been put on moderation?
EDIT: This post worked, however, my post in the Eastern Catholic board is pending moderation review? Why is that? I have never received any warning?
EDIT: It seems it's because I left a link in my post. Is that so?

The best way to get an accurate answer to your question is to send a private message to the forum moderator.

Thanks, Dale. I've pretty much realized that it was the link that I posted since I reposted everything except the link and it showed up without any moderation.

Help, my posts are suddenly not showing 'pending moderator approval'?
I've just been posting in the Ban thread in the Water Cooler forum and a message told me that my post would not appear until it was approved by a moderator.
Help? I've not received a warning about anything and I was posting normally until that last post I made just now.

I'm not sure...I've posted a few times without links and they are pending moderator approval too.

Re: Warning before ban?
I have looked all over my profile. I see no points, no messages of any kind about infractions. I have no private messages informing me of infractions, and no emails. And yet all my posts are now being moderated.
So apparently even if you are on here for a couple years, post over 500 messages without any incidents, don't do anything to violate forum rules (I can't think of anything I did), you can just get infractions on your account without knowing it and without any explanation. Apparently a moderator didn't agree with something I said, perhaps.
I went through the entire Forum rules and FAQ and can't see any reason why my account is being moderated now. I sent a message to the admin asking for a reason. I don't know what is going on, but this sort of thing makes me feel like not participating here anymore.

There appears to be a problem with our database that causes some posts to be moderated. Our technical team will be working on it tonight.

In increasing our efforts to protect our members and reduce forum spam, we've updated our systems. In doing so we triggered a moderation setting. We're in the process of approving all the posts that were accidentally set to "moderated".

It looks like you're one of the lucky few who was hit with a glitch in the system yesterday. We fixed the glitch last night.
