No it doesn't, and I didn't say that.

I am aware that there is a lot of variation, indeed rivalry, among various Muslim nations and factions. But there is no serious question that there are a number of Islamic groups that are very inclined toward violence against Christians. And, it is reasonably clear that such groups are significant in their ability to carry out violence and do not meet with sufficient resistance within their own societies to prevent it. And none could deny that there is an interpretation of Islam which encourages it.

It is also true that Muslim-on-Christian violence is significant in nearly every Muslim country and seems to be getting worse.

Sometimes the obvious answer is actually the correct answer.
