May a person marry in the Church who is sterile?
I am a divorced and annulled Catholic man. I elected to have a vasectomy many years ago and regret this decision. I have confessed this during reconciliation and have explored the reversal process to find that since it was so long ago, that the chances are slim for correction. My hope is that if the calling to a marriage finds me, I would like to obtain the blessings of the Church in the sacrament of Matrimony. Is this possible?
