If you want an answer from an apologist who is on the staff of Catholic Answers, then you asked in the correct forum. I don't know when you submitted your question, but unfortunately, not all questions receive an answer (for a variety of reasons)
If you would like to get suggestions from the members of Catholic Answers Forums, then the best forum would be Apologetics, since it deals with historical controversies and other challenges to the faith.

Edit:
I just did a quick search, and found a post by a staff docent who suggested some good reading regarding Pope Pius XII and the Jews.

His suggestions were made four years ago, so there may be better reading available now. But several of the links are to free articles, which has a certain advantage.
He did recommend one specific book:
Hitler, the War, and the Pope
