Default Anti-Catholic bingo

Are you like me? Browbeaten, bedraggled and morose about the state of the world. Christ's church is taking a buffeting but the Ark will not sink! Even if the ride is choppy. I have found a way to combat the instinctive anger that wells up inside me every time the usual diatribe begins. To help calm me down I have composed buzzword bingo. So every time you hear one of these words/sentiments chalk it off and say a prayer for the one rehashing the nonsense. Here are some currently doing the rounds

Galileo
Homophobe
Bigot
98%of Catholic women
Follow your conscience
Judgmental
Old fashioned
Get your Rosaries off my ovaries (never remotely funny)
The War Against Women
Aids pandemic (we are responsible)
Can you think of any more?

I have limited these to the merely insulting.

Given some time, I'm sure I could. Catholic historian Dr. Thomas Woods has come up with a unique and humorous approach at countering liberal/Leftist charges of "Nazi", "racist", "homophobe", "bigot", etc. that all conservatives eventually encounter whenever debating the issues with them: point at them and say, "Zombie!" http://www.tomwoods.com/blog/interview-with-a-zombie.

Don't forget mindless for following the pope, or corrupt or the cause for the dark ages and slowing of science Oh, or everypriestisapedo, they LOVE that one.

Just a quick question: how do they figure us as the cause of aids?

You're asking for a logical reason?

I haven't read all the way through this yet, so perhaps they've already been added, but:

Inquisition
Crusades
Pope Pius XII

Oops, I see where Inquisition was already added.

On some of these, it's interesting to note how inaccurate or downright false some of the stuff you hear is. But that sets you to having to give a history lesson to whomever brought it up, which few are willing to really listen to.

Things hidden in the cellar of the Vatican:
  • Gold hoard, awaiting the price to go up
  • Wine hoard, awaiting the price to go up
  • Dead babies of nuns [aborted, of course]
  • Documentation that proves Mary Magdalene married Jesus [just heard it on TV this morning]

Of course not! I'm insulted you would even assume that of me, my IQ isn't in single digits! I was wondering how they tried to argue it. I always find their arguments a little bit entertaining, if not insulting.

Oh here's a new one," Did you know that the Cardinals go down to the Vatican City Crypt, to go pray to a giant statue of lucifer?" First time I've ever heard that one before!
