You could check out the gift shop at St. Patrick's. They don't picture mantillas in their online gift shop, but check out this silk scarf of the Rose Window. I've had my eye on it for awhile now. Oh, well, maybe next payday!

Alternatively, you might want to check out one of the bridal houses. They might have access to some Spanish imports they could order for you.

This place looks like it has a shop, and they may do chapel veils. It might be worth giving them a call or stopping by if you are near enough.

White lace can be dyed if you are looking for a color. Check with them to see how well a specific item will take dye, they should be able to help you with that.
