Default Mortal sin?

There was a party a while back that a roommate had and there was extra beer of his in the fridge. It was there for a while and today I asked somrome who is over 21 if we could get rid of it. I had in mind for him to give it to one of his friends and he did and I went with him. The friend he gave it to was over 21 but he basically said he was going to drink it alot and insinuated he was going to get drunk. is it a sin that I let him take the beer that was at my place and now the person who has it acted as if he was going to get drunk from it?

Don't you have a regular confessor yet to discuss such matters with? If not, get one, and stop relying on internet strangers for your spiritual guidance.

(sorry if I sound harsh, but you've posted too many threads of this sort now and need a regular confessor to help you).
