Default Inviting people to join a new group?

Hi,
Is it allowable to mention one's newly formed CA social group in a thread and invite people to join? In other words, if a new social group addresses subjects in a forum such as family life, can I mention that by posting a new thread in family life? Just checking in on the rules. I didn't know if there was any other way of announcing a new group!
Blessings,
Kathryn Ann

Just put a link to it in your signature line, but by no means open a forum thread about it. With the sig link like that it appears in your every post. Much better...
