NEW BODIE UPDATE...........

Today Bodie and his officer went to a kid's summer camp as part of the camp's "safety week". The kids got to pet him
and love on him, which the vets said would be good for Bodie mentally. He looked pretty good but is still thin from his ordeal.
You can see where the bullet wounded his jaw, and his right front leg is in a red cast.

Another Bodie Update!
Caught Bodie on the news today. His police-partner had just finished a marathon and Bodie greeted him at the finish line. He looks great! He was running, with his cast, like a real trooper. All your prayers have really helped! Praised be Jesus Christ!

Bodie had a three hour surgery Tuesday on his jaw. They removed the metal plate and did more reconstructive surgery. Bone marrow was taken from his shoulder and packed into the shattered bones in his jaw to help the healing. He left the hospital today ( Thurs.)and is back home recovering. Thank you for your continued prayers for this brave dog.
