Default Is there a way to permanently uncheck the box which saves your sent private messages?

Hey everyone. I do not want my instant messages to be saved every time I send one. Unfortunately that seems to be the default and also the only option. Either that or I am missing something. Is there a way to prevent my sent messages from being saved from now on other than manually unchecking the box every time? I'd like to have them not be saved by default so that it saves space in my PM box.

Holly, I am not an expert on such things, but I am not aware of an option such as your describe.

However, there is an easy way to delete all the messages in your Sent Folder without checking each box for each message. Just click on "Empty Folder." I have made a screen capture and put a red arrow to point where you can find those words.
