Default Good news. I'm healing and getting better

It's gradual but there has been a lot of healing.
I think being here helps a lot. The prayers of others really help.
My own prayers help too.

I'm doing much better and I am much more confident that some day I will be even much better.

That's wonderful, TreeOfLife. I'm sure our prayers and your own have helped. Are you also moving ahead with your career plans? G-d be with you always.

I plan to pursue Catholicism absolutely.

I am still sort of confused about careers. I have trouble with certain things. I think developing a much better vocabulary would help a lot with academic pursuits. I think part of why I had some trouble in the past with school had to do with not working on vocabulary. So many words I simply didn't know and it kept me from really understanding the material well.

It's tough. I don't know what I like anymore other than Holy Scripture. But I don't know if I could handle teaching Holy Scripture. I mean I don't know if I'd be able to.

I wish I knew well what would be a good career path for me. Sometimes I think the study of something and teaching but I don't know what I'd like to devote my life to the study of other than Holy Scripture...

I think I would like to do something where I help others. Such as therapy. I would use Holy Scripture too as my form of help to others but I also believe that talk therapy is important and helpful. I believe that talk therapy when done well is a service to others.
