Just wanted to drop into this fine forum to recommend the best book I've ever found on this topic and many would concur I assure you. Easy to read and understand.
Dave Currie wrote a wonderful wel- researched book on this topic in 2003 and it is still available everywhere at places like amazon. He covers everything and explains all the verses.
I cannot recommend it highly enough
