What ever happened to Jerry H.?

When I first discovered CAL years ago, the host at that time was a young guy named Jerry Hilfiger(?). I can't recall his last name exactly. I liked his simple, enthusiastic style. He left CAL for the seminary, and Jerry Usher came in. Whatever happened to the first Jerry? Is he a priest today? What's he up to?

Could you be thinking of Johnny Hochgraefe? If so, here is what Jerry Usher said a few years ago...
