Health Care Material Cooperation of Evil - Proximate or Remote?

Hi, health care question.

Say I owned a company, was forced to provide 3rd-party health insurance to my employees, and wanted to comply with all of God's moral imperatives. In so providing that insurance I never wanted it to be used for, say, in vitro fertilization (among other objections). Let's further suppose that an employee exercises this health care coverage provision, and the insurance company also yields to the employee's desire, and provides IVF coverage without my knowledge, permission, or good will, wherein several fertilized embryos are selectively aborted (i.e., murdered). Finally, let's suppose that all insurance companies where I live must provide for the objectionable services no matter what I want unless they have a conscience concern in which case they don't have to.

Here's one key question: what if I tell the insurance company I don't want certain objectionable services covered, but the price won't be lowered at all since they have to provide it anyway under local laws? In other words, I'm not really paying for those services as it turns out, just the package. Does it matter which insurance company I contract with? What if there are none that have the allowed conscientious objection?

There was certainly no formal cooperation with evil in that scenario on on my behalf, but have I materially cooperated? If so, proximately, or remotely? Does the "blood" of the aborted babies cry out in heaven over my name? What if I didn't provide insurance (assuming I had the option) but just gave the employee more money, but the same result occurs? What if I give my employees bus passes, but some of them use them to visit strip clubs? Is this analogous?
