The best thing you can do is not beat her over the head with it. Answer questions as they arise, admit it when you don't know the answer, and provide her with your reasoning when she asks. Eventually, you might convert her; but, whatever happens with her faith journey, answering her questions will strengthen your faith.

Maybe if you ask this lady about her conversion experience and listen to her. Was it when she came to believe that Jesus is exactly Who He says He is - that He is God who became flesh and dwelt among us? Or was it totally experiential and she felt the love of Christ in her heart? What drew me to what I now consider the one true church, out of atheism, through disillusionment with protestantism and doubts about Catholicism were little seeds of realization that I'm still experiencing every day. With Christ's ascension, a whole new mode of being arose in the universe, my faith tells me. Something so extraordinary happened that it has changed the fabric of reality. Let her tell you what happened to her and relate it to what happened to you. She's probably being fed a load of protestant propaganda. Find out what she herself actually thinks - not what somebody has told her she thinks. Then maybe you'll meet. Pray a LOT!

Sadly, this same person seems to have a Muslim friend who's been telling her of the "scientific truths" in the Quran. She's considering conversion...
