Default gluten free and Vegetarian..help

Hello, new to the group, I started being vegetarian this last July. really have liked the switch no problem. Fast forward to Dec when health issues made it clear I needed to go glutten free..I feel better but wow my food choice have become quite limted any ideas

Welcome - we are so glad you are here with us!

Sorry to hear about your health challenges - what is it you are missing?
There are so many gluten free replacements ---i.e. rice pasta, - you can use Tempeh as a 'meat replacement' - or make your own meat replacement using tofu and white beans with seasoning,

Hi! I use Brown Rice Pasta, you can use that as a base, add a sauce, sauteed vegetables, maybe some beans, or hummus [sounds weird I know, but it's delicious] I also have done the same thing with Quinoa.

Also, Brown Rice and Tofu stir-fries with broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots, and all sorts of vegetables and soy sauce is delicious! Hope this helped!
