Vases for callas

I left flowers before a statue of Our Lady a few months ago. I put them in one of my favorite vases. I have wondered what happened to the vase, I hope that it wasn’t tossed. I now have some beautiful calla lilies in my yard and would like to take some to that same statue but have decided to look for an inexpensive flower vase (read cheap) if possible made of plastic since I don’t know what will happen to it. I have searched the web a couple of times but could find nothing inexpensive. I found some beautiful ones but they were quite expensive. Does anyone know where I could buy a vase that would work?

I don't know where you live, but in the US there are dollar stores which usually carry plastic vases for very little outlay. If you think that the weight of the flowers might knock the vase over, you could put a few pebbles in the bottom of the vase before adding water and the flowers to stabilize it.

You might even be able to find a glass vase at a dollar store. Or maybe a pitcher?

IKEA has inexpensive vases, for just a few dollars, depending on the size.
