Default Australian court says motel can't ban prostitute

Australia's hotel industry has been rocked by a court's ruling that a prostitute was illegally discriminated against by a motel owner who refused to rent her a room to work from.

The ruling has stunned hotel and motel owners, who thought they had a right to decide what sort of businesses were operating from their premises.

I presume the logic is that if the hotel allows anyone to conduct any business at any time in their hotel, they must therefore allow all "legal" activity to take place on their premises. I wonder if the hotel has to allow hotel competitors to advertise their competing hotel from inside the first hotel. And I wonder if anyone has ever conducted business on their cell phone in that Australian court, and if the court would therefore allow any business conducted inside their court.

Are you kidding me? I'm calling for a constitutional ammendment to get rid of courts. Henceforth, all judicial matters should be handled by a far more intelligent and rational authority... like a mob with torches and pitchforks.

So prostitution includes transsexual, gay sex, next, drug dealers, shooting range, murderers and so on....

Human Justice is what it is. Only God's justice is perfect....

Or you could just ban prostitution (the article says it's legal there). That's probably easier.

I had no idea prostitution was legal in so many places outside of the US.

I found the following, but have yet to verify it:

"Prostitution is LEGAL (with some restrictions) in Canada, most all of Europe including England, France, Wales, Denmark, etc., most of South America including most of Mexico (often in special zones), Brazil, Israel (Tel Aviv known as the brothel capital of the world), Australia, and many other countries. It is either legal or very tolerated in most all of Asia and even Iran has "temporary wives" which can be for only a few hours! New Zealand passed in 2003 one of the most comprehensive decriminalization acts which even made street hookers legal which is causing many concerns."

Is all of this true?
